1. About these terms
These terms apply when you visit or buy from the SEONBI online store ("SEONBI," "we," "us"). By using the store or placing an order, you agree to them. Our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy are part of these terms.
2. Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and have a US shipping address to place an order.
3. Our products
SEONBI Picks are products made by other Korean skincare brands. We select them and sell them under their original brand names; those names and trademarks belong to their owners. Products are shipped from South Korea by our fulfillment partner.
All products are cosmetics. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and nothing on our store is medical advice. Read each product's ingredients before use, patch test new products, and talk to a doctor or dermatologist about any skin condition.
4. Product information and pricing
We try to describe products and show prices accurately, but mistakes can happen. Product packaging may differ slightly from the photos. If we find a pricing or listing error after you order, we'll contact you and let you choose to cancel or continue at the correct price. Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time before you order.
5. Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we'll refund anything you paid. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners; we don't store your card details.
6. Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery times, shipping costs, returns and refunds are described in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.
7. Using the store
Please don't misuse the store, including by trying to disrupt it, access it without permission, or use it for anything unlawful. The SEONBI name, logo, text and design are ours, and you may not copy them without permission.
8. Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, the store and products are provided "as is," and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our store when you place an order applies to that order.
