Where we ship

SEONBI currently ships to addresses in the United States only.

Where your order ships from

SEONBI Picks are made by Korean skincare brands and ship directly from our fulfillment partner in South Korea. This keeps the products authentic and fresh, but it takes longer than shipping within the US.

Delivery time

Processing: 3 to 5 business days to pack your order.
Delivery: 7 to 14 business days after it ships.
Total: about 10 to 19 business days from order to doorstep.

Delivery times are estimates. Customs checks, holidays and carrier delays can occasionally add time.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping: $6.99 per order.
Free shipping on orders of $75 or more.

Tracking

When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it from Korea to your door.

Import duties and fees

Your order is imported from South Korea. If a carrier asks you to pay an import duty or fee on delivery, please contact us before paying, and we'll work it out with you.

Late or lost packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of purchase, contact us. We'll trace it and, if it's lost, send a replacement or give you a full refund.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 24 hours of ordering so we can fix it before your order ships. We can't redirect a package once it has left Korea.
